We do not profit from our shipping. You will be prompted to enter your shipping address at which time the system can calculate your actual cost. An automated system will determine the shipping cost by the weight of your purchase and your location. PicmyFrame.com offers various FedEx shipping options. All orders placed before 1:00pm PST (Mon-Fri) will ship the same day* and take up to 5 business days, depending on your location and the type of shipping service you choose. Returns

Picmyframe insures all merchandise mailed out. When frames are damaged during shipping, the courier will reimburse Picmyframe for any damaged goods, at which time your replacement merchandise will be shipped back out to you. Under special circumstances Picmyframe will re-ship an order before the courier has reimbursed.
If you need to return your purchased merchandise please contact us at 800-364-1613 or e-mail us . Please include your order number in the contact submission. Upon receipt of your contact submission Picmyframe will contact you for further information and instructions on how to proceed. Picmyframe will not accept returns past 30 days of order. If frames are returned for any other reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping damage you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping charges.
